Over the past few years, CDI has been evolving its program, which you might know as MDW® (Mission-Directed Work Teams) or MBU® (Mini-Business Units). With the mantra “narrow focus, global application” guiding the gurus working on bringing CDI into the modern age, our brilliant system of alignment-and-engagement-through-improvement has now been made suitable to organisations from all industries – the ideal “operating system” for any organisation.
Today, we are proud to declare that it is working. We are very happy to “report” that the 27th CDI Summit held in Cape Town earlier this year, was our most diverse conference to date. Each of the roughly 120 attendees at the Summit, including people from Belgium, Croatia, Dominican Republic, Germany, Hong Kong, La Reunion, Malaysia, Russia and South Africa contributed to make it a collaboration of authentic leaders. Speakers & participants from private education, professional sport, banking, retail, hospitality, agriculture and manufacturing joined to learn about their common challenge: How to create meaningful engagement in the workplace that uncovers the potential of every single employee.
