Every season they conduct a True North review to connect their daily activities to the priorities of that season, ensuring exceptional quality, productivity and cost-effectiveness. They also share how they use this daily farm management system (My Farm) to continuously develop people by providing continuous (up to two times per day) performance feedback. People thrive when it is completely clear what they need to do, how that makes a difference and gets immediate feedback so that they can learn and grow at the fastest possible rate.
