In this three-part video series, she shares details of the Lean transformation her factory underwent since 2015. As Production and SAMS (Schoeller Allibert Management System) Manager of their injection moulding factory in Nurieux, France, she shares how, despite failing three times before, they have succeeded in implementing their Lean Management System in France with the help of Alex from CDI’s UK office. By involving all employees, implementing 5S from the top down to illustrate leadership by behaviour and by practicing Gemba visits daily, they ignited their employees, gaining not only their interest, but their commitment and innovation.
