Karsten Farms have been making tremendous progress over the past six years, integrating CDI Connect (the CDI Way), which they call My Farm, into how they run their organisation. They now have the benefit of using this platform to move beyond the clarity it creates and the development of their workers, toward the development of their frontline and mid-level leaders as well.
